Customer demands drove the need to introduce shelf-ready packaging across the Companies entire range of snack foods.
Upgrades and replacement of equipment across 5 lines were completed in very tight timelines and without interrupting the the supply chain to customers. A combined capex budget of $4million impacting all parts of the Business (Operations, Engineering, Quality, Food Safety, Environment, Sales & Marketing, R&D).
Delivered On Time, To Scope and to Budget, thanks to a very tightly defined set of requirements that were signed off by all key stakeholders, before issuing to trusted and skilled, equipment suppliers and equipment modifiers.
