Over 4900 assets across 58 Functional Locations, split across 80 asset types.
Over 1100 Maintenance Plans applied across the assets, ranging from standard weekly inspections, to regulatory tasks performed every 8 and 10 years.
One-on-one training of over 30 trades crew to support the 24 x 7 operations, delivered, along with individual access via mobile phones, providing live, electronic access to asset and task information, while at the actual asset location.
The keys to success? Firstly, documenting and understanding each maintenance process fully, allowed the CMMS to be set up to deliver the needs of the Business, rather than adapting the processes to match the CMMS capability. Secondly, prompt, on-hand support to resolve any issues as they arose, built confidence in the new system from Day 1 and built the engagement across the Team
